Mass Pike to Route 495 South, Take Exit 20, right at ramp. At traffic light take left and go through 2 traffic lights. At 3rd traffic light left left onto Route 16 (Washington Street). From New Hampshire/North
Take Route 495 South, Take Exit 20 (Milford, Rt. 85), right at ramp. At traffic light (Wendy’s Restaurant is on you right) take left on Fortune BLVD, and go through 2 traffic lights. At 3rd traffic light (Pago Pago Restaurant is at the corner cross you) take left onto Route 16 (There might be no sign). Go 3 miles and you will see Village Plaza on right. From Natick /Framingham

Take Rt. 126/Rt. 16 through downtown Holliston heading toward Milford. Stay Straight on Rt. 16 past Rt. 126 . We are in The Village Plaza on the left about 1/4 mile farther. Chinese Medicine for Health is located on the second floor. NE School of Tai Chi is located on the 1st floor.

From Cape Cod
495 North, take Exit 19. Get off Ramp and take left. At Burger King traffic light take right onto Beaver Street. At next traffic light take right onto Route 16 (Washington Street). From Milford or 495
